Are you a plumbing company?
No. Prosper Plumbing Pros is a marketing and lead referral service. We do not perform plumbing work. We take your request and route it to an independent plumbing professional serving your area, and you deal with that company directly for scheduling, pricing and the work itself.
Does it cost anything to submit a request?
No. Submitting a request or calling costs you nothing. The plumbing company that takes the job sets its own pricing, and you agree that with them directly before any work happens.
How does the referral process actually work?
You tell us what is happening, where you are and how to reach you. That request goes to a plumbing professional covering your area, and they contact you to confirm details, discuss pricing and arrange a time. We are not part of that conversation and we do not set the price.
Who is responsible for the work?
The plumbing company that performs the work. They are an independent business, responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and any warranty they offer. Ask them for their licence number and confirm what their work is covered by before it starts.
How do I verify a plumber is licensed in Texas?
Plumbing licensing in Texas is administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Ask the company for its licence number and check it against the state records before work begins. A legitimate provider will not object to the question.
What information should I have ready?
What the problem is and where in the property, when it started, whether water is currently escaping, and whether you have already shut anything off. For water heater problems, the fuel type and roughly how old the unit is. That detail lets the provider send the right person with the right equipment.
What areas do you cover?
Prosper and the 75078 ZIP code are the primary service area. Many of the providers covering Prosper also serve neighbouring communities in Collin and Denton County, so requests from nearby areas are routed where a provider covers them.
How much will my plumbing job cost?
We cannot quote it, because we are not the company doing the work. Cost depends on the job, access, materials and whether it is scheduled or after-hours, and the plumbing provider quotes it directly. Ask about diagnostic or trip charges before anyone is dispatched.
What do you do with my details?
Your details are used to connect you with a plumbing professional who can help. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and how it is handled.
Can you help with commercial property?
Yes. Commercial requests, including restaurants, retail units, offices and managed property, are routed to providers who take commercial work. Mention access constraints and preferred hours when you send the request.
