What this service is
Prosper Plumbing Pros is a marketing and lead referral service. We do not perform plumbing work, we do not employ plumbers, and we do not hold a plumbing licence or plumbing insurance. We pass service requests to independent plumbing businesses serving the local area.
Any plumbing services you receive are provided under a separate agreement between you and that plumbing business. We are not a party to that agreement.

Service requests
When you submit a request or call us, you agree that:

- You are requesting to be contacted about plumbing services at the property concerned
- We may share your request details with one or more independent plumbing businesses so they can contact you
- Submitting a request does not create a booking, an appointment or a contract for work
We cannot guarantee that a provider will be available, that any provider will contact you within a particular time, or that a request will result in work being carried out.
Independent providers
Plumbing businesses that receive your request are independent. They are solely responsible for their own:
- Licensing, registration and insurance
- Pricing, quotes, invoicing and payment terms
- Scheduling and attendance
- Permits and code compliance
- Quality of workmanship, materials and any warranty offered
- Conduct of their personnel and subcontractors
We do not supervise, direct or inspect their work, and a referral is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of any provider. You should carry out your own checks before agreeing to work, including verifying the licence and asking for the price in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent requests
- Submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to
- Use automated systems to scrape, copy or submit to the site
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site
- Copy or republish site content without permission
Intellectual property
The content, layout and design of this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other reproduction or republication requires written permission.
